Mobile TV catching up with Indian users
According to a recent Nielsen report, viewing videos on smartphones is gaining ground in Asia. But more importantly, among those watching videos on handsets, the engagement level is very high. Though markets like Hong Kong and Singapore saw close to 50% viewers accessing videos on handset, India has seen about 8% of viewers accessing video.

Websites can track your secrets
Several of Internet's top websites use device fingerprinting technology to track users without their knowledge, a new study has revealed.
According to the study by KU Leuven-iMinds researchers, 145 of the Internet's 10,000 top websites use hidden scripts to extract a device fingerprint from user's browsers.
The device fingerprinting or browser fingerprinting circumvents legal restrictions imposed on the use of cookies and ignores the Do Not Track HTTP header.

Josh Mobiles launches cheapest Android phone
The Josh Fortune Square is based on an older but powerful Android Gingerbread 2.3.5 operating system and offers a 3.5-inch display. It is powered by a single core processor running at 1 GHz and has a dedicated graphics chip as well. The smartphone comes with 256 MB RAM and has 90 MB of internal storage only. But one can expand its memory to up to 32 GB using a micro-SD card.
It has a 3.5-inch display with 480 x 320-pixel resolution and capacitive touch input system supporting multi touch as well. The Josh Fortune Square has a 2-megapixel rear camera which is also capable of recording videos.
The handset comes ready with dual Sim GSM connectivity with 2.5G networks supported over the primary SIM. The device also has Bluetooth and WiFi. There is a 1450 mAh battery pack for powering up the device.
